However, if for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it under the following conditions.
Return Conditions
Return period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 3–6 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Return address: To ensure smooth processing, please contact us first at lily@lilymayjewelry.com to receive the exact return address and instructions before sending back your item.
Cases Accepted for Return
Order cancellation: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to proceed through our return process once the item arrives.
Product damaged upon receipt: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of both the product and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will provide you with a suitable solution — either a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Manufacturing defects: Our quality standards are exceptionally high. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect becoming apparent after use, we may offer an exchange, repair, or refund after evaluation.
Change of mind: If you simply change your mind, you may return the product in its original, unworn condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange: Would you like to exchange your jewelry for another item? Please contact us at lily@lilymayjewelry.com to arrange your exchange and receive detailed instructions. We will do our best to make the process smooth and efficient.
Product error: If you have received the wrong item or an incorrect size, please contact us as soon as possible. We will correct the situation promptly and cover all related shipping costs.
Return Procedure
Contact us: Send an email to lily@lilymayjewelry.com including your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Receive instructions: Our customer care team will verify your request and provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before sending your package.
Prepare your package:
Carefully wrap the jewelry in protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Include all original packaging materials, certificates, and accessories.
Add the completed return form inside the parcel.
Ship your package using a trackable shipping method and email us the tracking number. (Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee or validate the return.)
Return shipping costs: Please note that the cost of return shipping is at your expense. Our return address is located outside Europe, and shipping fees will vary depending on your country and courier.
Inspection and refund: Upon receiving your return, our team will carefully inspect the item.
If the product is in perfect, unused condition, a refund will be processed within 3–6 business days.
If the product is damaged, worn, incomplete, or missing packaging, depreciation fees may apply, or the refund may be refused.
Important Information
Mandatory return form: All returns must include a completed return form provided by our team. Requests without this document cannot be processed.
Product condition: Jewelry must be returned unworn, free of scratches, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be refunded in full. In some cases, partial refunds may apply.
Personalized or custom-made items: Custom or engraved pieces are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return approval: Please wait for our confirmation before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
